Return/Refund Policy

Eligibility: Returns must be started within 10 days of receipt. Items not eligible for returns or refunds are 'Out With The Old" sale items, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Black Friday sales, and Cyber Monday sales.

Condition: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@proathleticco.com for a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return. We will then instruct you on how to proceed with your return.

Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send an exchange or replacement. Any additional shipping fees will be taken out of the original payment method before the refund is sent.

Notes: Items not returned in their original condition or outside the 10-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
